English: Supermarkets are the root of all evil in modern society

Supermarkets are the devil! They are the root of all evil in our modern western society.

Bear with me, here's why:

1.) Every Brand selling food in a supermarket has one single target, not to sell you the best food they can, but to make as much money off you as they can.
And that's systematic. The employees in the supermarket are payed like shit, the warehouse and transport people are payed like shit, the workers in the factories and the farmers are payed like shit, basically everyone contributing to this "food" is being ripped off.

2.) Every product they sell is first polluting and wasting energy when produced and transported, then poisoning, fattening and sickening us when consumed and polluting even more when becoming waste and at the same time getting a few assholes richer and richer every day.

3.) Marketing is nothing more than openly accepted brain washing of the masses. It serves to create demand where there is none so we all can consume, pollute and waste more for stuff we didn't even want in the first place. This is perverted and has to be outlawed. Look at Alcohol commercials. It's a toxin for gods sake. And why is it legal and Cannabis is illegal? Ever heard of a husband beating his wife to death high on dope? Me neither. Still Alcohol gets advertised and is available everywhere. This is just retarded. Before supermarkets, there where shops in towns. Like one shop for a thing, like a hat shop. Can you even remember the times? Nowadays it's all corporations. And they are all evil. No Exceptions. (well maybe Google)

Nothing good has come from supermarkets, ever. The only reason they exist, is convenience. How has it come to this? Because we all lost the means to grow our own food.
So what's the solution? Should we all have a small patch of land and grow crops, keep some animals and live on a farm?
Not really practicable in today's modern society, but exactly this modern, connected society, makes it possible. We just need to abandon Mass food production. In the US, 5 companies produce all the meat. This is insane. One production error and thousands get sick or die even . We are in no shortage of food in the western world so there is no need to produce low quality food in masses. We need local, small and therefore transparent food production. This means higher costs, of course. But there is no way around it. Whatever you buy from a supermarket today may seem cheap looking at the price, but add all the waste and pollution, all the underpaid people, all the illnesses and epidemics and it becomes really expensive.
